More Than A Mindset was written out of a little frustration, that I was doing all of the mindset work but I was still low, depressed, not feeling good and living life with little joy. So this book is the last 10 years of searching for the answer, to find what else was missing. I realised there are 4 other areas we need to work on alongside our mindset work. It's not as simple as saying an affirmation to change our thought patterns and results. The work goes deeper than that. These 5 areas in total are our body, mind, heart, spirit and soul. which I go through and explain how to access.
