I am a home inspector in ATX. Not the most glorious of professions but I'd like to make my clients think that it is.

I am the construction professional (even if the contractors curse my profession).
I know what tf I am talking about (and have bust out the codes on occasion to show builders how it should be done).
I am on my clients' side. I work for them and I will go to bat in the case shit hits the fan.
