Onslow County is located on the coast of eastern North Carolina and was founded in 1734. The main economic driver is the US Military but there is a deep heritage of fishing and agriculture in the community. The county has the youngest population in the state with lots of growing families. The population is around 210,000 and the government prides itself on providing excellent customer service. There are two rivers in that lead to the Atlantic Ocean as well as barrier islands and beach communities.
