the main concept is "fly sky high".

it representing the freedom and high of entrepreneur, also mean to train and coach people to reach / grow to their highest goal.

to translate "fly sky high", i use bird as the base symbol and ended up with this monogram logo design.

this monogram consist 3 graphic elements.
first is the bird representing "Fly sky high" concept and goal, second is monogram of two initial letters, T and L from the name Tonny Loorbach, and third is an "increase chart graphic" as the wing, representing "Growth".
