PROCESS
You’ll receive excel spreadsheet with a template you can use to submit guest names and table numbers or table names to me.
Charts can be arranged either by table, or by last name of the primary guest (the more user-friendly option).
Each custom order starts with a conversation about your style and content. Design will be based on your detailed design requests and any inspiration pics or ideas you send.
You can also send me image of your wedding invitation (or any other file you may have) so that I can model the design after the invitation and carry through a cohesive feel.
I will provide 2 design options in the initial proof round for you to choose from, and then up to 3 rounds of revisions after you pick a version to work with. You will be able to make changes to spelling of names, font, formatting, layout etc. until you get to a perfect version.
REVISIONS
You are welcome to make 3 complimentary rounds of revisions.
Each subsequent round of revisions is subject to a fee of $10 per round.
Each round of changes can take few days to get through, depending on the complexity.
DELIVERY OF ITEMS
You will receive a digital PDF Print format (at 300 DPI, which is professional print quality), unless other file format has been requested when ordering, that you can upload to an online printing service or send to your local copy shop.
RECOMMENDED STANDARD SIZES
18”x24” (maximum of about 125 guests)
24”x36” (maximum of about 300 guests)
I reserve the right to showcase design in my online folios.
What you will get
