I believe that DeepConcept is a great designer however he/she needs to work a lot more in communication and responsiveness.
I think the designer had a personal issue which delayed the process around a week and he/she never let me know he/she was having problems which if he/she had communicated that with me I could have easily understood (specially with what is happening with Covid).
I would have given a 5-star rating to the designer if he/she would have been transparent with me.
I would definitely recommend the designer if you are looking for a creative person that gets the idea/concept very easily without a lot back and forths. Once you give feedback to the design he/she gets it very fast.
