For my submission I decided to focus on how Plato is both a restaurant and a taproom by depicting a mug of beer along with a fork and plate. The plate also relates back to Plato since “plato” is the Spanish word for plate. Additionally I made a custom typeface for the word “PLATO” so that the height and curves of the font match well with my illustrations. And lastly I added a tagline to visually balance out the design.
