Simple and clean look, but yet modern and unique with a strong symbol (made of coding elements) that will be part of Jon's Programmers brand.

Symbol looks great on both dark and white backgrounds, fits nicely on the side and top as well. To make the logo more compact i did not create spacing between words but i made i differ it with color so it's easy to read and understand.
