I created a logo with the concept of two heads representing two interviewers, and the wedge in the middle representing the interviewees.

The head shaped like a chat bubble (rotated 90° to the left) represents a conversation. Star represent the future.

Overall the logo identifies two professionals having conversations with founders and executives that will shape the future.
