It is also interpreted as 2 letter Ws for 'Wiser We', and is a subtle form of 2 people raising their arms in unison to announce a champion (think of when a boxer wins a round). It works in both gradient and flat colors. The 2 colors I chose (golden orange and purple) are meant to signal the color of royalty.")

Hopefully, I conveyed \"playful yet reserved\", which I believe is a philosophy used by interior designers.
The Museo typeface for the company name ties it all together and anchors the colorful mark with a quiet tone. It is also the base typeface for the mark.
The logo will also work in black and white outlines (not shown here) for print materials.")

Gold being one of the state colors of CA, the color scheme is also a slight nod to the California gold rush. Hence, the quail/chalice is depicted in golden material. The quail's crest is colored in green, doubling as the garnish in the cocktail. I opted for purples instead of blues for the drink, to make it more obvious that it is an alcoholic beverage. Originally, I wanted the liquid to be in blue so that I can complete the Californian state color tandem but it looked too much like water. This can be easily tweaked in later design rounds. Simple typography anchors the movement and colors of the quail mark.")

It can be used as a mark on its own using one color OR with gradient tones. I went with the gradient pink and purple to convey \"futuristic\" and \"tech\" without it being too playful. I decided not to add any other shape or logo to the IMOC logotype to make sure the name stands out on its own. Having it drawn as customized typography should be enough to make it a memorable mark to the end-user. I also left out the word \"solutions\" on purpose because I felt that it diluted the brand name and it is not required to have it on the trademark. If i am wrong on that last part, it can be easily added-on using a common sans-serif typeface such as Museo or Helvetica.
