CH is Mortgage Broker that demanded a southwestern feel to the logo.

The main goal was to present a rustic house in the west with its surroundings to bring the whole feel closer to the viewer.

It`s all there: The nice old cozy house, the cactuses in the desert with the desert rocks rising above it in the distance, the negative space of the mountains behind, and the sun above all of the elements on the top pictured as red half-circle behind the mountains.

The logo is shown also with a wider picture and scenery at the bottom with the surroundings seen better with more details...
