The Leaves symbolized changes (They changes, adapt to the season, and also represent growth). The chains symbolized trusts, and the feather represent the bird/dove as the symbol of peace.
I also incorporate a ladder on the middle of the shiedl, from up to bottom to represent the organizations name. On top of the shield I add one more layers. This looks lika a roof top, this symbolized the house.")
