Every Training cycle has specific movements where we try to progress systematically and at the same time we will be adressing all muscle groups throughout one weekly rotation. As we follow a lower volume approach, the sessions will be hard but programmed smart, to get you a physique that matches your performance, without spending hours at the gym.
Target group is between 25-45 years old and 60% male 40% female. Former CrossFitters that maybe were injured or haven't achieved their goals.
