Fly Collective™ is a boutique fitness studio with a signature indoor cycling (spinning) class that is centered on a 45-minute, on the bike, high-intensity cardio, rhythm-based workout. Complementing this, there are 3 non-core classes- stretch, strength & shred- that are intended to aid in recovery, prevent injury and feed growth.
