The client brief was:
I am a journalist starting an interview-based blog to inspire, encourage and inform visual artists and makers with tips, marketing advice and stories that come directly from the hearts and studios of inspired artists who make a living from their creativity. A bulk of audience would be twenty somethings but maybe mostly wild fifty somethings living in North America, England, Australia and Netherlands. Probably 70/30 split of women to men. My subjects eccentric at times and my writing is humorous--so I attract more liberal minded folk who like to laugh and follow the lives of obscure artists from past and present-to see what they can learn from their adventures and misadventures.
