I'm creating a blog and eventually a book and e-course designed in general toward helping women find joy no matter their situation in life and geared specifically toward women working in male-dominated fields. I work as a first-line supervisor for a major US railroad, so anything involving a train is a good idea, but it doesn't HAVE to be a part of the design. Thanks to everyone who participates!
