This was a design that took the brief and interpreted it in a way that was uniquely artistic, capturing the essence of the story instinctively, boldly, beautifully. Although there were several other great designs, this was the one that captured most of the 5 star ratings in polling, something about it clearly resonating with the audience. I have also been impressed with Gd's communications, the clarity of his vision for further development of the design in subsequent novels, and his willingness to perfect all of the small details.
