To me traveling is: changing time zones, sunsets and sunrises, around the globe, changing planes, scheduling. So here in that symbol I incorporated those things:
I used orange and pink gradient to represent the sunlit globe. Those dotted lines are for the flights and the change planes. The white graphic is for a plane or a bird, also reminds of a check mark for "scheduling".
