3. - Changes & alterations are discussed, then implemented.
4. - Logo is finished according to your wishes and the files delivered.

*Deliverables include all industry standard file formats, prepared for
different backgrounds and layouts.

*Turnaround time refers to working-days, and does not include
weekends, except by prior agreement.

*Client agrees that, in the event a Project is cancelled for any reason
other than the Designer's failure to comply with the terms set forth,
then no refund will be issued and no image rights will be transferred.
