I really appreciate this design a lot; firstly, it was their natural gift, and the first version they sent caught my eye right away. Next, their response time was better than the other designers and finally, they helped me with all the questions I had and pointed me on the right items I will need for my book. My only complaint is that I cannot work with them directly.
