A scaffolding company composed of construction professionals created a contest in 99designs to acquire the best design for their needs. With a brief description, AR3Designs created the most appealing icon they deserve. Out of more than a hundred designs from almost 30 great designers, AR3Designs won!

The icon shows a praying mantis in an invisible circular frame. Its (the praying mantis) arms formed their initial letter "G."
