Reorganize the layout, colors, fonts, images and paragraphs. Previously, all information was just put randomly like a filler. I have to remove some old content and picked new relevant information from their brochure.
At first, I think their target audience is mainly retirees from boomer generation. But upon closer look, I think this property is more alluring for millennials worldwide, who are jaded with urban living and often dream about retiring into peaceful, back-to-nature rural lifestyle while still retaining their privileged lifestyle in the city.
