Il était une fois... is a “bistronomic” restaurant (Inventive cuisine, inspired by bistro classics) in Sisteron, Aix en Provence. The name of the restaurant reflects exactly what they want to convey to their customers: the idea of telling them a story through their cuisine, friendship and welcome.

They only work with fresh products, everything is done on site and the menu changes every month.
