Las Herramientas del Escritor is a blog focused on handwriting, dedicated to informing, explaining tools, techniques and giving an inspiration for developing and encouraging its practice.

The inspiration for the logo is a double dagger symbol, which is commonly used in modern typography to mark a (third) footnote, due to its numerous meanings. For example, the metaphorical meaning of "double-edged sword", or in alchemical symbolism, the swords crossed in fighting represent the most highly concentrated mind - the power of thought, purification and transformation, and in chess notation double dagger marks a checkmate at the completion of moves etc.

Target audience: male, in his thirties or forties, middle class, liberal profession, high cultural knowledge and taste for exclusive experiences, especially handwriting and all related meanings: attention to detail, literacy, culture and vintage ways of living (less stressful and technological).
