The design is EXACTLY what I wanted. Super fast communication and responsiveness. Positive attitude and proactively offered design improvements. Worked hard on multiple variations until I was happy. Gave me tons of advice on things like how to select motifs, what paper to print on, etc. This experience exceeded my expectations!
