This book is about a cyclic process therefore my idea of using a Ferris Wheel. The font I chose is modern, almost unusual for a book cover (used properly though) to make it better stand out.

The author is not emphasized on the front because it is a compendium of 22 business people who contributed to this.

In my opinion this design attracts by elegance.
