Good: nice play with contrast between white and black surfaces. Yellow label sets a highlight among the otherwise colorless elements. Yellow label and round logo together create an abstract proportional symbiose (layout-wise).
Good: limited color spectrum, strong and simple visual message. Pleasant proportions and perfect match between logo and box design.
Good: very simple design, catchy phrase which can be read from afar (imagine approaching a supermarket shelf). Noble and worthy look of the matt material.

Description of the product
We need a package design for a square box with 10-15 female sanitizer pads (to use during menstruation). The design represents a women`s beauty brand from Germany, aimed at quality-conscious lifestyle-driven female consumers, especially in Asian countries. Our unique selling point (in Asia) is 1) guaranteed quality from EU-manufacturing and 2) a Western style marketing / design language that appeals to our target customers. Products will be mostly sold in supermarkets and department stores, online sales might follow. This means the package design is the most important distinguishing factor to stand out among 40-50 other Asian brands in a supermarket shelf. Pls. see attached samples of a typical supermarket shelf in Asia - our brand design needs to stand out as different, new and modern. It can be quirky, edgy, out of the box, visually challenging/attention-grabbing, gender neutral.
Description of the product target audience
Target customers are women, 28-45 years old with above average dispensable income, university educated with appreciation of trustworthy quality personal products. They enjoy beauty products and fashion. They have a successful job, but still care about their friends and family more than work. They are worldly and open to new things from western countries.
Content on the package: currently we have two types of products. One day time use(Thin Pads Ultra Wings), one night time use (Thin Pads Super Wings). On the packaging, it should include log (attached), product name (Thin Pads Ultra Wings or Thin Pad Super Wings). Other info include: 'Developed in Germany (with German flag)' 'www.adelainecare.com'; 'Naturally breathable' 'Chlorine and fragrance free' 'the sanitary pad image in the attachment (the number 13 needs to be editable and the water drops also)' 'bar code' 'please leave one area empty for 2 paragraphs (4-5 lines) product introduction, ideally at the back or side of the packaging'
Design direction: We want people to look at the packaging on the shelve together with all those sanitary napkin brands and wonder 'what is it and what is this one doing here' and then pick it up. It can be quirky, edgy, out of the box, visually challenging/attention-grabbing, gender neutral. However, it needs to align with our logo. The color for 'Adelaine' in our logo can be black as variation if it fits the design better.
What to avoid
stay away from too girly feminine or generic design. the font needs to be easily read. I attached the typical shelf images for sanitary pads in our target market. Please stay away from those typical design and make sure our product stands out among them.
