Description of the product
A tall 473ml can - Cream Ale is a hybrid beer, in that it can be made with either ale or lager yeast since it allows for a bit of esterification. It will have an austere dryness to it that sets off nicely against a touch of classic American hops, or American-Noble hybrids, and a bit of berry ester. This beer will be refreshing, light, dry, and more flavourful than a typical dull American lager.
Description of the product target audience
Primary target group consumers age 19 to 35, beer drinkers who are looking for the unique beer with rich taste. Most of them are younger professionals enjoying a few beers after work or University/College students taking a break from studying. They love to taste new flavours or profiles of craft beer. Secondary target group consumers age 35 to 55 beer drinkers are looking for a unique beer with a rich taste of sophisticated palate and drink beer for a great flavour is rather than getting intoxicated. They love to pair beer with food while enjoying family dinners at home.
