Procedural Facemask with Earloops

We manufacture medical grade, 3 ply, procedural, disposable face masks that meet ASTM Level 1 standards. Our masks have ear loops and are blue in color.

Our surgical masks are used by everyone from hospitals and clinics to consumers of all demographics.

I am looking to have our surgical mask packaging designed for use in packaging our face masks. Special requests: 1. Print: "Made in USA" with Flag on lower right hand portion of box 2. Product name; First Line Large, Second Line Equal Space to First: "Procedural" "Face Mask with Earloops" 3. Doctor Wearing Blue Mask for Product Image or Image Highlighted in Blue to denote blue color of mask 4. Print: "50 Procedural Masks" on box lower left hand side 5. Print: "ASTM F2100 Level 1" on box lower left hand side to the right of "50 Procedural Masks" 6. Print: "ASTM Level 1" box on one of the corners in larger print 7. Print: ICONS for "Latex Free" "Single Use" on box 8. Print: "Blue" for blue color mask on box in blue font color 9. On left side of box I would like a chart of ASTM Standards with the "Level 1" column highlighted in Orange Color indicating the mask conforms to this level. Image included for reference. 10. On right side of box I would like simple directions for wearing face mask with three images and the following print: a) "MASK INSTRUCTIONS" b) "WEAR IT THE RIGHT WAY" c) "Blue side facing outward; place earloops around ears" d) "Adjust nose piece around bridge of nose" e) "Pull mask down to cover chin" f) "NOTICE" g) "-Wash hands before handling face mask" h) "-Check face mask for damage prior to donning" i) "-Replace face mask after extended use or once soiled, one time use only" j) "-Dispose of face mask responsibly" 11. I would like front and back of box to be identical 12. I would like top of box to have a cutaway of a surgical mask with the following (image included for reference): a) "OUTER LAYER" - "Fluid Resistant; Non-woven Fabric" b) "MIDDLE LAYER" - "Filtration Media; Meltblown Fabric c) "INNER LAYER" - "Moisture Absorbent; Non-woven Fabric" d) "NOSE BRIDGE" - "Adjustable" 13. Our box is a double top design with inside lid perforated for surgical mask dispensing. Template provided. 14. We are still working on out logo so you can leave some room somewhere on the box for it. *I have included some box designs I found online that I like for inspiration* **We will be using commissioning this same box design with alterations for mask color changes and ASTM Level 2 and ASTM Level 3 masks as well in the future so please consider this when designing this box.
