We’re a cricket farm that produces cricket protein powder and whole cricket products for humans. The label we need is for a new line of pet treats; the first product in the line is called Superwoof Exercise & Recovery Dog Chew.
The key is to have the design look like it’s part of the Flourish Farm family of products, yet not be the same as our human food packaging. We uploaded a pdf of our human packaging; you can also view our website: http://www.flourishfarm.com.
We’re looking for a design that will later work for BOTH dog and cat treats. Following the development of this dog chew label, we’ll be seeking a design for a Supermeow Cat Chew.
Yes, we need an image of a dog somewhere in the design. Whether that’s a drawing or photograph is up to you (and of course on Supermeow products [a design project to come later], it will be an image of a cat).
Stock images are ok, with a budget of $30 per image / up to $200 for this job.
We uploaded Flourish Farm’s design guidelines - "Flourish Guidelines'. PLEASE USE ONLY the listed colors (in any way you think most effective!). Otherwise, use creative license in your design. WE ARE NOT restricting the fonts to those described in the guidelines (although it may certainly work to use our font guidelines in your design!).
The design will be printed on the package, a white plastic cup with clear plastic cover. See an image of it here:
20oz. W22Q short cup.
We uploaded a label mockup for your reference, which we developed to make sure all of the text fits. All of the text shown is required. Where each element goes (ingredients, warnings, company address, company logo, product name, directions for use, etc), and in what orientation the text is, is up to you!
The barcode on the label mockup is incorrect; use the uploaded .png barcode file please.
To summarize: The MAKER is Flourish Farm, the BRAND is Superwoof, the PRODUCT NAME is Exercise & Recovery Dog Chew.
The deadline for the completed label file is Friday July 6, in order to make the production run deadline for this size cup from Visstun, the cup manufacturer. (If we miss July 6, we have to wait until August.)
