WHO WE ARE We are Happy Keto. We offer monthly subscription for food products that are suitable for people on keto diet. Once a month we send out a box by post with 8-10 new snacks and food ingredients to our subscribers. We need to design that box. WHAT IS KETO DIET Keto diet is not an easy diet to follow, there must be almost no carbs and a lot of fats (fats 70%, protein 25%, carbs 5%). After 1-2 weeks the body enters a state called ketosis, when excessive fat is burned for energy. People follow keto diet for two main reasons: to loose weight and to improve health (there is a theory that ketosis can prevent some diseases, such as cancer).
