Ethiopian Single Sourced Coffee
Description of the product
Mimo’s Coffee was born of a family-owned, San Francisco based, Ethiopian spice shop, WE Spice. We specialize in selling single-sourced Ethiopian coffee from various regions and hoping to provide subscription or gift boxes for the holiday that will include ceremonial items with the coffee.
Description of the product target audience
Our demographic of customers range between the age of 18-65, but mostly between the ages of 25-44. Mostly women-identifying and concentrated in the Bay Area but we have reached customers in New York. Although we don't have data on income level, we assume it's middle-income individuals making $65k or more.
We need support in customizing the giftboxes we hope to have availble around the holidays that will include traditional coffee-making ceremony items. The goal is to bridge the cultures and have our traditions be accessible to those that love coffee and experiencing our coffee rituals at home.
We don't know the dimensions yet but we would like it to at least hold 2 lbs of coffee (up to 32 oz).
