Green Banana Flour
Description of the product
NuBana™ Green Banana Flour is made from whole, peeled, green bananas. The smooth, appealing texture is not sweet and does not taste or smell like bananas. Bananas are the only fruit with a large percentage of naturally occurring starch. Thus, NuBana™ Green Banana Flour has a high starch content compared to wheat flour and other grain-based flours, which gives it superior binding and adhesive capabilities. Green Banana Flour also provides an excellent source of dietary fiber, potassium, and magnesium.
Description of the product target audience
Green Banana Flour can be used a substitute for traditional wheat flour in sweet and savory recipes. It is an excellent healthier option for baking.

What to avoid
The product will sit on the shelf in the grocery store in the baking aisle next to traditional wheat flour and similar pouches of alternative sweeteners. It will be merchandised near similar pouches of Stevia in the Raw and Splenda so it needs to stand out and jump off the shelf.
Pouch: 10" wide x 11.5" high Front & Back panel are the same dimensions.
