Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Muffins
• NuBana™ P500 Green Banana Flour
• Eggs, large
• Brown Rice Flour
• Cocoa Powder
• Baking Powder
• Baking Soda
• Chocolate Chunks
Directions: Add butter to NuBana™ Whole Green Banana Flour and sugar and blend until powders arefully-coated with butter. Blend 15 seconds on low; 1 minute on medium. Add eggs and cream and blend for 1 on medium. Gradually add milk with mixer on low speed for 30 seconds, then blend on medium for an additional minute. Sift together remaining dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Blend 15 seconds on low and 1 minute on medium. Add chocolate chunks and vanilla and blend until mixed. Bake at 375° F for 20 minutes. Cool 5 minutes in pan. Enjoy!
What to avoid
The product will sit on the shelf in the grocery store in the baking aisle next to traditional wheat flour and similar pouches of alternative sweeteners. It will be merchandised near similar pouches of Stevia in the Raw and Splenda so it needs to stand out and jump off the shelf.
