Description of the product
We are selling environmentally-friendly pet waste bags to people who value sustainability and convenience. Our bags are certified compostable. We will be selling this product on our website. We are based in New Zealand and will begin our first sales locally, so we are looking for native elements in our designs.
We need the designs for the pet waste bags and a box they are in. The box is made of recycled cardboard.
Our slogan is "It's our doody to care" Feel free to use words like : "plant based, non-toxic, home compostable, recycle me (for the box & the roll's core), large size" in the design.
Our product description is: pick & compost pet waste bags.
Description of the product target audience
Our targeted audience is 80% women and 20% men, with an age range from 22-50, single people and nuclear families, who treat pets like children. Our audience is also concerned with plastic pollution, supports charities like SPCA, likes everything sustainable e.g. has a garden of her/his own, composts, chooses recyclable materials, and questions status quo when makes decisions. They are on mid-high income levels, but prefer quality over luxury. Their favorite past time - walking a dog on the beach, playing with a cat in the garden or taking their favorite pet for a trip in a car to a scenic location.

Design needs
We need bags and a box for the bags designed. Our bags don't have handles. Please see the image attached for the shape of our bags. Also, see the image of the roll, we need a sticker for the roll.
We want the ideal design to stand out from everything else available in the market, so we are open to innovative and creative ideas. However, it needs to be easily readable, clear and not confuse the user/consumer. The design needs to look like "yes, I want to have this item in my drawer/show it my friends/instagram it."
Important: the box will be made of recycled cardboard, therefore think of colors that will go well with it.
Please leave some space at the back/side for the box for logos of compostability certifications that our manufacturer's designer will add on.
What to avoid
Please avoid cliche eco symbols and too much detail. The overall feel should be minimalistic & clutter free.
Please avoid bright green color for the bags, we want a more natural looking color.
Package dimensions
The waste bags' box dimensions are: 13.9cm * 3.4cm* 6.5cm (see the last image attached with 3 boxes, we prefer the box at the bottom)
The bag's dimensions are: 32.5cm length x 22cm width.
