Create a fantastic looking high quality packing card for the new MagFlex Torch

MagFlex is an innovative brand of torch. The product is a 'Magnetic Flexible Telescopic 3 X LED Torch.' The product is advanced and therefore extremely functional, enjoyable to own, as well as safe and easy to use. It is above all a bright torch, with 3 X powerful LED lights. It has many additional functions / benefits including a magnetic head and base, for picking up money, keys etc, and a flexible / telescopic torch head, so it’s ideal for recovering things from down a drain, under the sofa or behind a cupboard. The target audience = male, of all ages (excluding young children.)

I need a full design of a packing card which will go into blister-card packaging. This has to include the brand: MagFlex, and the name of the product, a 'Magnetic Flexible Telescopic 3 X LED Torch'. The packing card is 210mm long and 110mm wide.  An example of the packing card (in .ai format) is attached (Attachment 1 - Example Packing Card - Front.ai and Attachment 2 - Example Packing Card - Back.ai) JML is the market leader in the UK. Another example of packaging for a similar torch from Bell & Howell is available to view here; http://www.amazon.com/Bell-Howell-iScope-Light/dp/B0085FE382 In terms of this design, I like the [as seen on tv] logo, the 'extended' torch up the right-hand side, and the fact that the torch is ‘on’ with light shining out.  I'm sure this could be made much more impactful with a brighter and more LED-like colour.  The packing card will have a ‘cut-out’ for the torch to fit into when it’s inside the blister packaging. The main body of the torch will be on the RIGHT and the Torch Head will be pointing bottom-left, the same as the Bell & Howell example. A few pictures of an early design of the MagFlex Torch are available in attachments 5-8.  In terms of the colour, The MagFlex torch will be black and have 2 red lines, one red line around the base and one red line around the head as per the photo's, but the colour will be more like Attachment 9 – Torch Colour. This is a picture of a high-end torch. MagFlex will be a similar colour black and will have similar colour red lines.  The strength of the MagFlex magnets can be seen in attachments 10-11. The MagFlex brand will be printed on the torch in silver in the space shown in the middle of the main body in Attachment 5. There are 2 main components to the design: Front & Back. You can be creative with the layout to some extent as long as it conveys the most important information and the cut-out for the torch and hanger are in the same position. MagFlex Packing Card Design - Front The Brand, MagFlex, must be the most prominent feature of the design on the front. It must also be clear that this is a “Magnetic Flexible Telescopic 3 X LED Torch” Other features worth considering / high-lighting on the front include; 3 Powerful & Super-Bright LED Lights Power-Saving LED Technology 100,000 Hrs LED Magnetised Head & Base – can pick up small steel parts up to 1KG 360° Flexible Head Telescopic – Extends from 17cm to 7cm / 22” Heavy Duty Aluminum Case, Virtually Indestructible Built-in Pocket / Belt Clip Exquisite Design Exceptional Quality etc I would also like an [As Seen on TV) Logo on the front. It also must be very clear that BATTERIES ARE INCLUDED MagFlex Packing Card Design - Back There must be space for a bar code. This is a premium product and the packing card design should have a premium look. We have no existing logo or font for our brand, so feel free to be creative.
