Grüner Veltliner Ried Maxendorfer
Description of the product
We are a family winery looking for a completely new label design for a new product line that's very close to our hearts. We currently have new sales opportunities and require a label that really reflects our wine style - elegant, characterful, artisanal, classic but with a modern twist. Since we are mainly producing white wines we are looking for something "light" and "airy", something that's not too dark and heavy.
Description of the product target audience
The new wine line will be sold both domestically and in exports to private consumers and restaurants. It will have a super premium positioning.
We are looking for a front and back label. The front label must contain the wine name and winery name. Since our winery name is long and hard to pronouce for non German speaking customers we would like to use a short version on the front label such as S&K or similar. Please note that I am not looking for a logo but simply the letters SK, this part will be worked on later in a 1:1. You may also just write Schodl-Klamm on the front label which is our family name. Since we'll be using the same label for different varieties we will need some flexibility regarding the length or the wine name. The back label can be kept rather simple, it will include the wine description and all the information required by law. You can leave it blank for now. The inspiration for your designs will be the floor tiles in the hall of our winery. We like the combination of the colors and patterns and the classic yet playful look on the hard-wearing concrete tiles. The bottle we'll be using is the Burgunder Eco 0,75l bottle from Vetropack.
What to avoid
The tiles serve as an inspiration only, there is no need to use them 1:1. The winery name S&K should not be too prominent on the front label i.e. not be the defining element on the front label. Please do not create a seperate logo for SK! You can either leave this part blank, use regular letters for it or write our name Schodl-Klamm!
Max front label dimensions: 10 cm height, 7,5 cm width Max back label dimensions: 6,5cm height, 7 cm width
