Description of the product
Bosnian pie (there are some differences between pie and “burek”, but they are uncertain and the topic of most popular quarrel among inhabitants of Balkan) is a traditional Balkan pastry. One of the most famous and respected variants is made in Bosnia, known as “the Sarajevo’s pie”. It is the favorite breakfast food throughout the Balkan, and it is eaten mostly warm, with yogurt. The crusts are made of flour and eggs and are filled with cheese, mushrooms, spinach, potatoes. The secret is in a particularly skillful performed thinning and bending of crusts that even after baking preserve softness and humidity. Of course, thinning and bending are performed manually, with a rolling pin. Baking in traditionally built fire stove ( originally called: Fortuna) is implied and it is a guaranty of fine taste which means or smell domestic, Balkanic, traditional, familiar, ottomans, ethnic, hedonistic. We make them according to the original recipe, from ingredients that are obtained by natural products, fresh, and of the best quality. One last thing for designers: There are 4 different types of "pita": - Zeljanica (made out of spinach and cheese) - Burek (made out of meat) - Krompiruša (made out of potatoes) - Sirnica (made out of cottage cheese) **The design needs to have only 1 generic design, which can fit all types of the pita.** Backside: The design needs to have additional icons for microwave and oven preparation etc. It can be just icons, and later we add some text as well after we finish with the design. We need additional space for declaration and nutritional values as well. The product will be mass-produced and available in 50-100 stores across the country. Exported in Germany, Austria, and Italy as well. So the design needs to be modified for different languages. Added 24.05.2021: Hello all, 1. So far great response to all, I would like to add a cardboard box layout, directly from our producing and printing company. Filname: "ZLO ZA OKROGLI BUREK_187X40X187" I hope it helps you! 2. I would like to add this as well, we would like to avoid that "our box" will look like some random "pizza box" from a store... that's it :) 3. You can add some directions from that point of view that it is a Traditional Balkan pastry snack. Thank you very much again all participants! Gregor K. Added 24.05.2021: The last this we need to add in this brief is that the product will be fresh and not placed into the freezer area. It has 14 days of the expiration date. It is a fresh product, so we would be glad if there would be some icons showing this. Have a great one, Gregor
