Food & Drink
We plan to export 3 wines at 3 price points, to China. All of our wines are high-premium wines, all sourced through passed relationships. We are 2 young business starters, both in our 20's looking to travel to China with our wines and the intention to educate hotel/restaurant/karaoke owners in wine/drinking/selling/marketing. We hope to educate our clients and their staff and create relationships with these local business owners. Our wine will be considered exclusive in a sense where the normal consumer will not be able to find our wine in their local bottle shop. Our target audience will be the high end restaurants and hotels, we want to create an image of prestige and luxury in our label.
What's your vision?
We would like 3 labels designed: "The Deer" is the premium. This wine is a 2010 Heathcote Shiraz. The premium wine will have a plum/burgundy wax seal. "The Bear" is the mid entry. This wine is a 2012 King Valley Merlot/Cab. "The Ox" is the entry level. This wines is a 2011 South Australian Shiraz. All wines are in a 750ml 31 cm tall Premium Bordeaux style bottle. The dimensions for the front and back label are entirely up to you. We would like the labels to make our bottles look as luxurious as possible. We want our product to be extremely appealing to the eye of anyone from a young group of Chinese university students to a group of Wealthy Chinese businessmen attending a meeting. The labels need to have a recurring theme, to the point where someone will see one, and recognize it against another they drank a month ago. The animals are also entirely up to you. Whether they are sketches, silhouettes, prints etc. To our understanding we know that the Chinese market is still embracing the traditional look on wine labels. But also try and implement a modern spin to add a new fresh air to the industry.
If the animals are too hard to source, try giving me a real simple design with a very classic and timeless feel to the label.
