You can find the pictures of the existing bottles attached.
The labels need to be REDESIGNED. More specifically, you need to redesign the paper label and the graphic-logo above it (which is a representation of a skylight). Look at the attached pic "EXAMPLE" to see what needs to be redesigned. The graphic is a clear-transparent sticker and the info label below is
paper. You have 3 options for the layout:
- You can combine both in one paper label (you can use any shape
you want for the sticker, or even a more elaborate diecut one, like this: http://www.flickr.com/photos/eclect…07618356/).
- You can use multiple paper labels (for different elements, separating the graphic from the text etc).
- You can keep the current layout (one for the graphic on a clear sticker / label, one paper sticker / label for the text).
You can work on only one of the three bottles and, if chosen, finish
up the other two (same concept - slight modifications) as a separate
sub-project (at an extra fee). If possible, work on the WHITE wine
bottle (green color) which is a little more demanding.
The name "Flogites" means "skylights". The previous label is pretty good already, so you have to try hard to improve it. It's nice, minimal, with a touch of traditionalism. Try to keep the balance similar and produce something sleek that is modern - rustic. Usually you can achieve that by having a modern layout and minimal elements, with one very rustic central element. An example of that here http://www.flickr.com/photos/eclect…7412282658, or even this which is one of my favorite pics: http://www.flickr.com/photos/eclecticon/6033829832/in/set-72157627412282658 .
The graphic shows three different variations of various styles of skylines. You can work on that and design something more dramatic and cute.
Just make sure that it's SMART (conveys the concept of "skylights" in a smart and relevant way), SIMPLE (not too cluttered and easy to read and understand) and to make a STATEMENT (to scream the concept or a strong identity from a distance). Some examples here:
COLORS: Please keep the same or similar color schemes so that the capsules (which will stay the same) can be combined with the new labels.
TYPOGRAPHY: Use clean and easy to read font style, except maybe for the brand name which can be written in a more rustic way.
One idea would be to show the window / skyline giving access to
exquisite wine (sounds tricky and you'd have to be creative about it).
Like a window into the inside of the bottle.
