Food & Drink
Detz Wines; Grüner Veltliner; Riesling, Chardonnay,....
Description of the product
Austrian varietal wines, particularly whites, but also reds of premium quality. Grüner Veltliner, Welschriesling, Muskateller, Riesling, Chardonnay. Both, fruit-driven, lively and refreshing whites, but also reds and whites with a heavier body, that mature in barrique barrels. Wines for almost any occasion.
Description of the product target audience
Wine drinkers and connoisseurs between 20 and 80.
Wine labels for a small family-owned wine estate, producing superior quality wines. At the front: variety/cultivar, possibly vintage and the name of the estate (Weingut Detz) Legal specifications like alcohol content, address etc. should be printed somewhere at the edge or back of the label. The writing „detz“ (like in the old logo) is not a must. (see attached files) Maybe just a relaunch of the current label to give it a more natural look and feel. Maybe just change the shade of the e in "detz" to create two different versions of the label to fit red wines and white wines The target group are wine geeks and occasional wine drinkers between 20 and 70. The packaging volume are bottles of 750 ml (see attached photos). The bottle shape must not necessarily be kept, can be changed, should however stay within the range of “common” bottle shapes for wines. The product are superior quality wines from Lower Austria, Austria. The region is a traditional, picturesque wine growing region, with rolling hills, not kitschy, but down-to-earth. We wish to avoid flashy and shiny colours like gold and silver. The paper ideally should be slightly coarse and have a natural appearance and feel. No glossy papers, please! The family name is Detz. This would offer the opportunity to use it for a play on words: That’s loess, That’s Veltliner, That’s terroir, That’s it, etc. … but this is just an idea. We do not know if English natives would also find it so catchy. With the references, please find our old labels, which used various shades of green. The name of the variety, alcohol, barcode,..... and the vintage will be later on printed on the labels by thermotransfer printing by the winegrower himself instagram: weingut detz https://www.facebook.com/Weingut-Christoph-Detz-492980121041115
What to avoid
Please avoid shiny, fancy colours like gold, silver, neon colors, pink, purple and the like please avoid critter labels!!
The label should just fit on a classic 750ml-wine bottle; it does not matter whether portait or landscape
