mtowers23 got their new product label by running a design contest:
Tomaq wine label

Food & Drink
Description of the product
A wine label for a high end light red wine
Description of the product target audience
Someone who is passionate about excellent wine . That could be old collectors, young entrepreneurs, wine geeks. Most with high income levels but not necessarily and old demographic. US and California is the main market.
Front label for wine. The main image can be on the left side, bottom or top. I'd avoid cursive or old fashioned fonts probably san serif with no more than two fonts, the name Tomaq as and the rest of the text as one or all the same font with sizes varying according to the info.
What to avoid
See the design brief but avoid kitsch, glitz and old fashioned wine label styles. Watercolor over solid colors, simple over fussy, modern over classic. The abstract image uploaded "Label idea" is copyrighted and can't be used.
It can be anywhere from 3x5, 3x4, 4x3 width X height or in between.
It all began with a design brief.
A quick, interactive guide helped them understand their design style and captured exactly what they needed in their product label.
Designers across the globe delivered design magic.
mtowers23 collaborated with designers to refine their ideas
When design entries come in, you can rate them so designers know what you’re looking for in your logo design.
99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
