Project Brief Attached
Hello, We are launching the instant coffee under our new label, Cafe Crema. The bottle shape is attached in the brief. Hence, we need a label designed to paste on the bottle. To give you some background for this product, design story has go to do more with the taste and indulgence of it. Also the buyers of instant coffee are different to the buyers of ground coffee. Also, here we are mainly competing with Nescafe Classic. The majority of buyers we assume will be moms/dads who pick it up along with their regular weekly shopping. Also this product is positioned towards the middle and middle upper income segments. Its not expensive, nor is it an inferior product. Its a high quality, value for money product. I have attached some designs for inspiration and also competing products on the shelf and other details. The design I think would be good would be something quite premium looking. The hardest thing will be swaying people who generally just pick up Nescafe since they are used to it. It would be good to include a picture of a coffee cup, or coffee beans, or both. Either way a visual representation would be good to have. So that people instantly know what the product is on a glance. This is a new product, hence we need to lower people's hesitation in switching and trying a new coffee. Also, please ensure that key nutrition info bubbles are shown in the front, and the detailed table on the side.
What to avoid
Using black or any other very dark colors on the background of the label. Reason being as the coffee is also black, in a glass bottle, hence product wont stand out.
