These collars usually cost $50 - $250 we are going to have a great quality product for much less

It is for retail so it needs to catch a woman's attention, it is going to be priced about 25% more than a regular collar so we are looking for the impulse buyer that wants the features for a few more dollars. The design attached is just an idea it does not have to match it
