Food & Drink
Pelican Grove is a food and beverage brand, located in the Florida, USA that makes and sells Florida-style gourmet products, such as sauces, marinaded, salad-dressings, fruit juices, hot-sauces and dips.
What's your vision?
We are revamping our dressing line with a new look and a new logo (attached). We want the bottles to stand out and be very unique. The logo is Florida-throw-back, it is all about the Florida lifestyle, beach, sun, fun, tropical fruits and palm trees. We would like the labels for the bottles to be in tune with our logo.
We have six signature dressing flavors. We will start with one and the winning designer will get to do the other five later in the same style of the winning design, off course for extra pay. We will start with the Pelican Grove Mango Poppy dressing! Below find some pictures of the bottles we use and how our old logo and design used to look like. We need a new fresh look with the new Pelican Grove logo incorporated into the design, look and feel. The old labeling was an adhesive, wrap around label that was approx 4 x 7 inches and the top was sealed off with a shrink band - we are still debating whether we keep that or go to a full-body shrink sleeve instead. If we go with a full body shrink sleeve, we would kind of mimic the look, by leaving some of the space clear. Also, so that there are areas where the product can be seen. At this stage don't worry about the exact dimensions, or text parts etc. - we are really looking for a new look that we can than adapt, add to it and adjust to the right print size. As our new logo, we'd like it to be unique, so it is immediately recognizable and different.
