Description of the product
Impact Berry is an Exclusive Premium Coffee Brand from and for Hong Kong – and first actively social and most sustainable of its kind! Impact Berry Coffee empowers the customer to step-up in quality, responsibility and sustainability of sourcing of their coffee. First in HK to provide: 1) Direct Trade with small regional farms and collectives 2) Premium Organic Wild Coffees (from permaculture farms in the jungle instead of deforested farm plots) 3) Fairtrade Plus: higher than Fairtrade price + addtl. funding projects in sourcing regions through active engagement and partnership with local NGOs 4) Only regional coffees: short distances and sea freight reduces carbon footprint drastically (up to 98%. Most coffee in H.K. comes from south America/Africa) Besides the premium quality and flavor profiles, Impact Berry can tell its customer exactly, where the coffee comes from, how the farms look like, how its processed and how its shipped. Finally Impact Berry freshly roasts in Hong Kong, which is an important aspect for the quality expectation of the Hong Kong market. To the consumer this means a unique, very personal coffee rarity and a quality that cannot be matched by most specialty roasters and any traditional retail brand such as Lavazza or Illy.
