JETFERRO`S VISION UG
Description of the product
We are a Cologne-based (Germany) Kombucha Brewery and we produce raw organic Kombucha. With our brand, we embody a modern city lifestyle with a passion for sustainability, tasty & healthy food & drinks, and art/design. Jetferro comes from ferro (Italian) and means iron.
Description of the product target audience
Our target is a middle to the premium consumer, professional, age between 25-65, both genders. Our ideal client is looking for a fresh-looking product, not one with the typical and traditional label. The label should be really modern, smart to artsy to catch this group.
OUR VISION OUR DESIGN We want to make our JETFERRO'S KOMBUCHA brand shine. We want to be relevant in the new era of minimal graphic design but still holding true to our style, personality, and uniqueness. In other words, a timeless design that will evoke feelings of well crafted, meaningful, and intentional products => clean, smart, artsy. INSPIRATIONS: - minimal to striking elements - graphic designs - classic art deco design - drawing style like the "tarot card logo" picture of Shadow Designs99 - copper, steel tones TOPICS Topics we like in an inconspicuous way (not a must) = Space, Solarsystem / Rays / Iron & Cooper MINIMAL ILLUSTRATION OR GRAPHICS OR LOGO LETTERING JETFERRO could be represented by a minimal Illustration or graphic or only the logo lettering "JETFERRO'S KOMBUCHA". COLORS Warm light to dark pastel colors (like the pic. #4 "Dr. Goodstone, gianni88"). Never use PRIMARY colors. The main color represents the flavor. (for example wildberry - purple). The background is always white to bright colors. FLAVORS We produce our Kombucha in 4 different flavors = 1. Mate Citrus (light green + ...) 2. Cool Raspberry (red +...) 3. Wildberry (purple +...) 4. Ginger Lemon (light yellow +...) Each bottle (flavor) should be different only by color-change and the layout should stay the same. PLEASE ONLY DESIGN THE FLAVOR "WILDBERRY" in the color "#8c5466" and make different concepts. EFFECTS We want elements of shiny copper in our design. In the form of a dividing big or small line, add ons on the illustration or the lettering. It should push the etiquette to the next level. GOAL The goal would be for a customer to be able to identify the kombucha bottle on a shelf, at a quick glance by the simple design, outstanding colors, and prominence of the lettering (Jetferro's Kombucha). MUST HAVES on the bottle like written "...": Front Side a. Brand Name "JETFERRO'S KOMBUCHA" b. Flavor Name "Wildberry" c. Slogan "ONLY GOOD LASTS 2500 YEARS" d. Info "0 % FAKE 100% REAL" e. 2nd Slogan "NATÜRLICH mogelfrei" Back Side a. Nutrition Table "Nährwerte pro 100ml Energie 118kj 28kcal Fett <0,5g davon gesättigte Fettsäuren <0,1g Kohlenhydrate 4,5g Zucker 4,5g Eiweiß <0,5g Salz <0,01g" b. Ingredients "Zutaten: Gefiltertes Quellwasser, fermentierter Teeaufguss: grüner /schwarzer Tee + Hefen & Essigsäurebakterien (Kombuchakultur), Fruchtteeteaufguss, Rohrzucker, Kohlensäure" c. Volume in ml 330ml d. Symbols with the description - minimal style "Gluten-Frei" "Lactose-Frei" "Vegan" "Nicht pasteurisiert" e. Sweet & Sour Chart "Süß" "Sauer" "Herb" *Attached you will find a concept (png.) with all those information IMPORTANT - PLEASE ONLY DESIGN THE FLAVOR "WILDBERRY" and make different concepts. - Each flavor only changes by color and flavor name, the layout stays the same. It must be possible that we can change those colors and the flavor name. - The smallest size in german law for fonts is 1,2mm in the food industry. - For our website, we need all the fonts and illustrations in files. -Attached you will find a picture of our previous etiquette try and concept try. We liked both versions, but we missed something outstanding (we are not designers). - Right now we use the font "Morganite". It's free for commercial use. We like the style, but we are open to other ones, in the same kind of remarkable way -> bold and noticeable, so feel free. - We want only one etiquette around the whole bottle with no cut-outs. The crown cap has always the color of the flavor. You can also design a minimal graphic on top of the crown cap. No transparent foil as a material, only paper - Color of the bottle will be clear, no green or brown - Write the brand name JETFERRO'S in row and KOMBUCHA in one row no dividing letters, we see it right now often in other German kombucha brands, and we want to be different * "Jetferro's Kombucha" doesn't need to be in one row, for sure feel free with the arrangement -> vertical or horizontal or or or ;) REALLY IMPORTANT - We know that are a lot of instructions, but if you have a concept that doesn't contain most of our instruction, but is in your opinion remarkable, smart, modern and artsy and just the better concept, please feel free to be creative, think out of the box, surprise us :-) FURTHER COOPERATION For the future, we would like to work with the winner on brochures, business cards, posters and more products (illustrations, symbols, layouts,...) What to avoid
The label should not be cheesy, corny or girlie, but it should instead be smart, fresh, modern, artful and captivate its buyer through its design. Avoid overly complex busy layouts. No cartoon, animation (looks cheap)
