Andrew NC got their new product label by running a design contest:
Make people smile with a goofy and fun product label for a start-up pet products brand

Animal & Pet
Fearless Alpaca is a start-up brand name for pet products to be sold on Amazon and other online retailers. The target audience is groomers and pet owners who look for quality rather than price. The product label you're designing is for a pet grooming comb.
What's your vision?
I need artwork designed for the packaging of my pet combs that will serve as a basis for the brand's future products. My goal for the packaging is to make the customer smile, so have fun with this one. I'd like the art to represent the brand's name 'Fearless Alpaca'. In this case, 'Fearless' isn't about bungee jumping off a bridge; it's about being confident despite being different from the herd. The central figure of the label should be a sheared alpaca with a goofy haircut. I've attached a photo of an alpaca that would be perfect. I do not own the photo so don't make a 1:1 copy, but do reference it. I drew up the packaging in Photoshop (sorry I don't have Illustrator) for you to work with, see attached. Please also see the detailed notes for the PSD which are included in a separate txt file.
I'm fairly flexible about this so take the central idea of a sheared alpaca with a goofy haircut and run with it. The packaging doesn't have a lot of width to work with so feel free to be creative with how you present the alpaca.
