Single Cask Whisky

We are Austria's first independent bottler of single malt whisky. So we buy individual barrels and fill them under our label but with details of the origin (distillery) and the Barrel (barrel number). The barrels are filled as they are (single cask filling at cask strength). That means no color addition, no cold filtration, no water addition. The unique original quality of the whiskey is preserved. The bottle quantity is limited by the single barrel filling. (200-300 bottles per barrel). The product is therefore automatically very limited.

Basically, the label should be the same for every filling and will be filled with individual details. Details on single cask filling are: destillery, distillation date, filling date, age, barrel number, number of bottles, barrel type. Whiskey also differs according to the region of origin. These 4 to 5 regions should get a own color code each on the label. The whole label can therefore differ in color. To get an overwiev, our compeditoers are: Douglas Laing, Wm. Cadonhead, Scotch Malt Whisky Society, Malts of Scotland

With the new label, we want to keep the Single Cask Collection brand going into the next decade. Therefore, the LOGO can also be refreshed. However, a reference to the current market presence should always be maintained. The cask an the name at least.
