As a start-up business in cider production i cannot afford to develop more than one label. So i wish to get designed one label and i will change the name on the label for each product.
There is my product list.
Apple juice. 750ml bottle,
Dovehill sparking Reserve cider. (750ml bottle) (Hard Cider)
Dovehill Party Cider (330ml long neck bottle Hard Cider)
Dovehill mature Cider (500ml bottle hard cider)
As i am dyslexia i find it difficult to explain in written text what i am looking for, so i am going to use single words and bullet points. I want the designers to record in their minds the images they see as they come across each word or point. At the ends of this stage to draw on their creativity to develop a very striking label.
Words & points in random, which I wish to, reflect in the label for my hard cider. Just called cider in Ireland.
Origin, Local is good. ( Dovehill in Irish called Ardcollum. the hill of the dove. in a short note written in 27th June 1837 Ardcollum is part of a parish of Kilmurry in the barony of Iffa and Offa east county of Tipperary and province of Munster, 2.5miles from Carrick-on-Suir, near the river Suir and the high road from Clonmel to Waterford.)
Care for environment.
Made in Ireland.
100% Irish grown apple used in the product.
An Irish flag.
A lot of award given have little circles i.e. Gold award, these circles are place on the bottle and the consumer relate to this as a very good product. Would it be possible to incorporate a small circle into the label to give it this feeling?
In a book by Stephen R Covey. The 7 habits of highly effective people.
There is a drawn on page 25, 26. &45. In this one drawn you can see two different types of people. a young lady and an old woman. I want the label to appeal to the young adult and also to the older age groups. So that when each group of people looks at the label it will relate to them.
Small farm in the golden vale of Tipperary.
Dovehill house is old house in ruins across the road from the farm. It looks down on the banks of the river Suir.
The book of kells. (Google the book of kells. It is a famous old Irish book; I do not wish to say any more about it because i do not wish to influence any ones creativity.)
Maybe the designers would like to give the cider a different name!! I am open to suggestion.
