Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Family operated award winning winery in the Yarra Valley, in Victoria Australia.
It's target audience is 18+ both younger and mature age wine drinkers.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
We are launching a new wine, which will be our top level wine in our portfolio. As such, we are looking to create a premium high-end and elegant wine label which will retail for around $100 a bottle.
We want to take design cues from our basic label but have something which has a different feel to it.
You can use as little or as many of the design elements as you wish, but we don't want a carbon copy of our existing label.
Final design should be a print ready PSD or Illustrator file that contains the front and back label. This needs to be editable later to ensure when the next vintage rolls over or the alcohol changes that we can make these changes quickly. It should also include finished PDFs and print ready colour CMYK.
We don't want to overly fancy - minimal and simplistic often works better.
We have attached our current logo, our current bottle image.
Information for front label: This should be expressed somewhere on from label, not necessarily verbatim as it is listed below:
Winery: Hoddles Creek Estate
What the wine will be called: Syberia
for back label
Use sample text for back label as well as a barcode. We will fine tune the specifics as the contest progresses.
